Accounts
You need an account for most activities on our platform. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting us at contact@reteal.org.
You need an account to purchase and access RETEAL Services. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and a valid authorized form of payment. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission.
Content
You are encouraged to access your Reteal content on any of your preferred devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone) with internet access. Reteal makes every effort to make your content available online at all times through your on-demand portal.
Reteal is not affiliated, approved or endorsed by the USGBC or the GBCI. The publications or other study materials published by Reteal is for information purposes only, which is to be used as a study tool for LEED® exam.
You are unauthorized to utilize any content of Reteal’s for commercial or non-personal use without written authorization from us.
You are not authorized to share access/login information, share or distribute content, modify content, resell, sublicense or transfer your account in anyway without written consent from Reteal. This includes copying any content for any reason.
Termination
Any unauthorized use of the content accessed through your account will result in a termination of your account. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
